Celebrate summer at Colloca Winery's 16th Annual Fair Haven Bayfest: Paella on the Baya. Authentic seafood, meat, and vegetarian paellas will be cooked on open flames in monster 42" pans that serve over 100 people overlooking Fair Haven Bay. Enjoy the sounds of of Latin-American music by Grupo Pagan that fill the air, as the award-winning Colloca wines, Sangrias, craft beers and ciders, and cocktails flow.

~ Our vegetable Paella is made with Bomba Rice imported from Spain, onion, tomato, green, red, orange, and yellow bell peppers, peas, lemon, parsley, and various spices including paprika and saffron.
~ Everything in the vegetable paella with chicken, and chorizo sausage.
~Everything from the vegetable and meat paellas plus mussels, shrimp, littleneck clams, and garnished with a whole lobster!
