Trattoria - our seasonal, al fresco-style, open kitchen.

When we first began offering food to accompany our wines for our guests we only cooked out of our wood fired oven at the Wine Bar. We quickly outgrew it, built an addition and added a second Wood Fired Oven to handle the demand and named our restaurant, "The Wood Fired Kitchen.”

We outgrew that kitchen as well, so in 2023 we embarked on the construction of a new 2,000 square/ft kitchen adding capacity with two Wood Stone Ovens that heat with wood and additionally keep consistent temperature with propane modulation. Expanding our menu, we realized our days of exclusive "Wood Fired Kitchen" were no more. So, we strategized a new name and decided upon "The Winery Bistro”. Recently, we updated our menu to focus upon the authenticity of old-world flavors from our heritage in our recipes and have renamed the restaurant, “Trattoria Sicilian Bistro”.

This season we launch our salads and pizzas this spring in May. Memorial Day weekend, we will add the appetizers and sandwiches, as well as entree specials and this summer, you’ll find our selection of pastas and mains added to the menu as well as an all new Raw Bar.

All of our dishes are made to order and take some time so stop by, place your order, relax with a glass or with a bottle and enjoy your visit to the winery. You can visit our Tasting Room to sample our wines, or enjoy a great selection of cocktails, craft beers, and our own hard cider in addition to our wines at our Wine Bar. We hope to see you soon.
