Central New York’s biggest bash of summer will be held on the 900’ waterfront of Colloca Estate Winery on Saturday and Sunday, July 18-19th, 2026. It’s Fair Haven BayFest and The 17th Annual Paella on the Baya party in the resort Village of Fair Haven, NY! Less than an hour’s drive North from Syracuse and an hour East of Rochester, this has become a beloved event for the area and folks travel far and wide to make it to this unique event.

ON SATURDAY, JULY 18, 2026 You’ll enjoy BeatleCuse Allstars on the Lake Effect Vineyard Stage from 7-10pm. The winery opens at Noon, so come early and have some food and drinks as you enjoy the day. Free Admission on Saturday, July 18, 2026.

ON SUNDAY, JULY 19, 2026 Treat yourself to authentic Spanish meat, seafood, and vegetarian paellas cooked over open flames in 42" monster pans overlooking the million-dollar views of Little Sodus Bay along Colloca Winery’s unbelievable 900’ of pristine waterfront. You’ll feast on authentic paellas and sip on Sangria, Colloca Estate's award-winning wines, Cold Craft Beers and enjoy LIVE MUSIC with Syracuse area favorites, Grupo Pagan all afternoon (1-4pm). The party continues right from 4pm onwards on the Lake Effect Vineyard Stage with Dad Bods.

Sunday ticket pricing for the Paella event includes admission, free parking, music all day, and one monster plate of deluxe seafood, meat, or vegetarian paella. Additional paella plate tickets will be made available for those wishing to take a plate home or for a second plate (note, many people can’t even finish one-monster plate!).
