Central New York’s Biggest Bash of Summer celebrates its 16th year at Colloca Estate Winery’s 16th Annual Fair Haven BayFest on the 103 acre waterfront estate. Free LIVE MUSIC with BonJovi and Led Zeppelin tribute bands on Sat. July 19, and the exclusive ticketed Paella on the Baya event on Sunday, July 20 with Grupo Pagan.
Central New York’s biggest bash of summer will be held on the 900’ waterfront of Colloca Estate Winery on Saturday and Sunday, July 19-20, 2025. It’s Fair Haven BayFest and The 16th Annual Paella on the Baya party in the resort Village of Fair Haven, NY! Less than an hour’s drive north from Syracuse and an hour east of Rochester, this has become a beloved event for the area and folks travel far and wide to make it to this unique event.
ON SATURDAY, JULY 19, 2025 You’ll enjoy two tribute bands beginning at 4 pm - BonGiovi playing tribute to the 80’s legends BonJovi and Zeppelin V taking the stage at 7pm playing all the 70’s and 80’s hits you know and love. The winery opens at noon, so come early and have some food and drinks as you enjoy the day. Free Admission on Saturday, July 19, 2025.

ON SUNDAY, JULY 20, 2025 Treat yourself to authentic Spanish meat, seafood, and vegetarian paellas cooked over open flames in 42" monster pans overlooking the million-dollar views of Little Sodus Bay along Colloca Winery’s unbelievable 900’ of pristine waterfront. You’ll feast on authentic paellas and sip on Sangria, Colloca Estate's award-winning wines, Cold Craft Beers and enjoy LIVE MUSIC with Syracuse area favorites, Grupo Pagan all afternoon (1-4pm). The party continues from 5 pm onwards on the Lake Effect Vineyard Stage with Dad Bods.
Sunday ticket pricing for the Paella event includes admission, free parking, music all day, and one monster plate of deluxe seafood, meat, or vegetarian paella. Additional paella plate tickets will be made available for those wishing to take a plate home or for a second plate (note, many people can’t even finish one-monster plate!). Paella will be sold by the plate served from 1 pm - 4 pm or until gone. Pre-sale tickets are available now and Deluxe Seafood Paella Plates are $65 (garnished with whole lobster), Meat or Vegetarian Plates are $40. Prices will be $10 additional at the door if available.
