In 1906, Sebastiano Colloca left the hill town of Mitta, Sicily, carrying with him traditions rooted in family, food, and wine. More than a century later, those traditions came full circle when Dr. Chris Colloca returned to Mitta with his family, sharing long Sunday lunches, handmade dishes, and the unmistakable warmth of Sicilian hospitality.

Inspired by that journey, Colloca Estate Winery invites you to an Authentic Sicilian Sunday Lunch—a rare, intimate culinary experience celebrating the flavors, stories, and spirit of the old country.

This five-course feast mirrors the rhythm of a true Sicilian Sunday: unhurried, generous, and meant to be shared. Each course is thoughtfully paired with Colloca wines, selected to elevate every bite and bring the table to life.
