High in the ranges just above the Barossa lies the sub-region, Eden Valley, whose weathered soils and high altitude produced this refined 100% Cabernet Sauvignon from our friends Eden Hall Vineyard. This rich and elegant wine was pressed to French Oak Barriques aging for 20 months prior to bottling. Aromas of ripe dark fruits meet dark chocolate notes with a rich and generous palate profile of classic cassis and tobacco leaf on to a long finish.  14.9% alc.
